The Dreaming

The Dreaming is my graduation project, developed as the final outcome of my studies. It explores dreams as a visual and symbolic language — a space where inner perception, memory, and imagination merge.

Drawing on Carl Gustav Jung’s theory of the collective unconscious and archetypal imagery, the project investigates how subconscious processes manifest through symbols and how these can be translated into visual form.

At its core, The Dreaming reflects on the relationship between personal dream experiences and universal symbol systems. It explores spirituality, intuition, and psychological imagery as interconnected layers of perception.

The work moves between analysis and intuition, combining theoretical reflection with personal interpretation. Through textile, graphic, and illustrative approaches, it seeks to make the invisible visible — positioning the dream as a liminal space between consciousness and the unconscious.
